- Structure - Earth quake-resistant, R.C.C. frame structure
as per IS codes.
- Flooring - Vitrified flooring in drawing-dining, kitchen
and in all bedroom. Ceramic tiles in toilet and balconies.
- Painting - Oil bound distemper with pleasing shades on
the apartment walls with POP cornices.
- Dado - Glazed/Ceramic tiles up to 7 feet in the bathrooms
in different colors.
- Exterior - Permanent finish/ Textured paint.
- Kitchen - Slabs are of well-finished granite stone with
stainless steel sink and drain board. Glazed tile dado on wall up to
2ft. over counter.
- Doors & Windows - Decorative panel doors from
Masonite, Jeldwyn or equivalent. Mortise locks of Golden or
equivalent make. All fittings are aluminium powder coated.
- Plumbing - As per standard, All G. I. pipes protected
with anti-corrosion paint.
- Bathrooms - Equipped with Parryware/Hindustan/Cera
equivalent washbasins, mirrors and WCs in varied shades. Chrome
plated tap fittings of Jaguar/Marc or equivalent make.
- Electrical - Electrical (copper) wiring as per ISI code
with Modular switches. Circuits with MCBs of approved make. TV and
Telephone points in every room
